Three ways to create meaningful change.

  1. Take the Pledge Committed to Change and demonstrate that your company is committed to supplier diversity and empowering Black-owned AEC firms.
  2. Participate on the Talent or Business Committee, engage with HBCUs, advocate for changing policies to increase equitable opportunities, develop business playbooks, support the talent pipeline, and more.

Membership Dues

AEC Unites membership is held by the company. Membership dues are non-refundable and are billed annually on a calendar year period. Annual membership dues are determined by number of employees and prorated by month of application. Additionally, up to 90% of your annual TIA membership dues may qualify as a business expense from federal taxes.

Please note that companies joining AEC Unites after June 30 will receive a prorated dues rate covering the remainder of 2024 and dues fees for 2025. Please contact membership@aecunites.org with questions regarding the prorated dues structure for July-December.
